At Above & Beyond Petcare Ottawa, caring for your pet is more than just a job to us - It's our guarantee that we will provide a caring and reliable commitment to the individual needs of your pet while establishing a dependable service for you.
Whether you are a one-time client, or a regular user of our services, our goals are in line with the same desire you have for your pet for the best care possible. You can rest assured that our services will give you the peace of mind you are looking for paired with an enjoyable experience for your furry ones.
New clients will require a $25.00 meet and greet session so we may assess and review your pet's individual needs. We now charge for meet and greets due to the high volume of requests and having a small team, we want to ensure that those clients we book with are committed and also pay our pet sitters for their time and travel. This will also provide you with an opportunity to meet the sitter who will be providing care for your pet. All of our sitters are bonded/insured, reference checked and have had a police background check.

Cancellation Policy
As of March 1st 2022 we will require upfront payment only on a case by case basis and during holiday’s/busy seasons. We will inform you if upfront payment is required.
For dog walking services we require 48 hours advanced notice of cancellation otherwise you will be charged for the walk you booked. If there are multiple cancellations per month we may charge for future cancellations even with 48 hours notice.
